Job Description
The Global Partner Content Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive external communication strategies to engage and enable the company's worldwide partner ecosystem, ensuring consistent messaging, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global partner communications strategy, managing content for product launches, updates, and operational communications.
- Establish messaging governance and ensure brand consistency across the partner ecosystem.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing content workflows, review cycles, and delivery mechanisms.
- Lead cross-functional projects and align with teams such as Product Marketing, Digital, and Campaigns to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively launched.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing a global communication strategy that connects partner messaging to core business objectives and go-to-market (GTM) motions.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex, multi-track content programs from inception to delivery, including influencing and managing expectations of senior leaders and diverse global stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the B2B technology channel landscape, product launch processes, partner programs, and the role of communications in driving adoption and revenue within a partner ecosystem.
- Experience defining and using performance metrics to measure communication effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and drive ongoing process improvements and efficiency across the content team.
- Ability to define and execute a holistic global partner communications strategy, owning the complete content lifecycle for all major product launches, program updates, and operational communications to increase partner enablement and adoption metrics.
- Ability to establish messaging governance and enforce brand consistency across the entire partner ecosystem, including writing partner content and messaging and ensuring all content adheres to brand voice and visual guidelines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Digital, and Campaign teams, to ensure strategic initiatives and programs are launched seamlessly and with maximum global impact.
- Experience optimizing content workflows, review cycles, and delivery mechanisms, and defining KPIs to measure the effectiveness and business impact of communication efforts.
