Job Description
The Global Partner Content Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing global communication strategies to engage and enable partners, managing content lifecycle for product launches and updates, and aligning cross-functional teams to maximize partner ecosystem impact within a leading data storage technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global partner communications strategy, managing content for product launches, updates, and operational communications.
- Establish messaging governance and ensure brand consistency across the partner ecosystem.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing content workflows, review cycles, and delivery mechanisms, and measure communication effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure strategic initiatives and programs are launched seamlessly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design and implement a global communication strategy that connects partner messaging to core business objectives and go-to-market (GTM) motions.
- Expert capability in owning and driving complex, multi-track content programs from inception to delivery, including influencing and managing expectations of senior leaders and diverse global stakeholders.
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of the B2B technology channel landscape, product launch processes, partner programs, and the role of communications in driving adoption and revenue for a partner ecosystem.
- Experience defining and using performance metrics to measure communication effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and drive ongoing process improvements and efficiency across the content team.
- Ability to define and execute a holistic global partner communications strategy, owning the complete content lifecycle for all major product launches, program updates, and operational communications to increase partner enablement and adoption metrics.
- Ability to establish messaging governance and enforce brand consistency across the entire partner ecosystem, including writing partner content and messaging, and serving as the final authority to ensure all content adheres to the company's brand voice and visual guidelines.
- Experience driving operational excellence by continuously optimizing content workflows, review cycles, delivery mechanisms, and defining KPIs to measure the effectiveness and business impact of communication efforts.
- Demonstrated leadership in leading project teams and driving cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Digital, and Campaign teams to ensure strategic initiatives and programs are launched seamlessly with maximum global impact.
