Job Description
The Global Partner Content Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the external communication strategy for a worldwide partner ecosystem, ensuring impactful messaging that drives partner engagement, adoption, and business growth through global content management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global partner communication strategy for product launches, updates, and operational communications.
- Develop and enforce messaging governance to ensure brand consistency across the partner ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional projects and align teams to ensure strategic initiatives are launched effectively and globally.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design and implement a global communication strategy that connects partner messaging to core business objectives and go-to-market (GTM) motions.
- Expert capability in owning and driving complex, multi-track content programs from inception to delivery, including influencing and managing expectations of senior leaders and diverse global stakeholders.
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of the B2B technology channel landscape, product launch processes, partner programs, and the role of communications in driving adoption and revenue within a partner ecosystem.
- Experience defining and using performance metrics to measure communication effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and drive ongoing process improvements and efficiency across the content team.
- Ability to define and execute a holistic global partner communications strategy, including owning the complete content lifecycle for major product launches, program updates, and operational communications.
- Ability to establish messaging governance and enforce brand consistency across the entire partner ecosystem, including writing partner content and messaging and ensuring content adheres to brand voice and visual guidelines.
- Experience driving operational excellence by continuously optimizing content workflows, review cycles, and delivery mechanisms, and defining KPIs to measure the effectiveness and business impact of communication efforts.
- Demonstrated leadership in leading project teams and driving cross-functional alignment with teams such as Product Marketing, Digital, and Campaign teams to ensure strategic initiatives and programs are launched seamlessly with maximum global impact.
