Job Description
The role involves managing and growing reseller partnerships in the Netherlands for a data storage company, focusing on developing sales strategies, driving partner performance, and expanding market share through strategic collaboration and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage reseller partnerships to grow market share
- Create and implement strategies to maximize reseller sell-through and revenue
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including contract negotiations and joint sales planning
- Drive partner performance through sales training, support, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design programs and events for partner engagement
- Oversee sales order accuracy and communicate product offerings to partners
Requirements
- Proven, wide-ranging experience developing and growing complex Reseller and Alliance Channels, utilizing professional concepts to resolve complex partner issues in creative and effective ways.
- The ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a geographic territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency, coupled with a deep understanding of sales best practices, training, and support.
- Expert-level knowledge of the storage industry, specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures, enabling you to introduce and position new, strategic products.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills required to change thinking, gain acceptance from partners, and potentially coordinate the activities of other personnel.
- Work from the Netherlands office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
