The Inside Partner Account Manager at Pure Storage is responsible for managing and growing relationships with channel partners, driving sales opportunities, supporting partner enablement, and ensuring mutual business growth within a collaborative and innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners
Execute joint sales and marketing campaigns with partners
Provide sales support, guidance, and product information to partners
Process purchase orders for new and renewal transactions
Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to support partner-driven opportunities
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to build rapport, effectively communicate complex information, and establish and maintain strong professional business relationships.
Familiarity with the channel partner landscape, business principles, and industry trends is highly desired.
Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close business opportunities, coupled with a proactive, challenger mindset to solve problems promptly and effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems e.g., Salesforce and other relevant sales technology.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain strong organizational discipline in a high-activity environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for regular engagement with partners and internal teams.
