Job Description

The role involves managing and developing reseller and distributor partnerships in China to drive sales of Pure Storage's data storage solutions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and expanding the company's presence in the channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with reseller and distributor partners in China
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive revenue through partners
  • Create strategies and lead efforts to maximize product sell-through within the channel
  • Manage and serve as the main point of contact for existing partners
  • Drive partner sales growth through training, support, and best practices
  • Conduct contract negotiations and develop partner sales plans
  • Manage sales orders and provide status updates to partners and managers
  • Stay informed about competitors, products, and industry trends
  • Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels in China.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success.
  • Knowledge of the storage industry, specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures.
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
  • Native Bilingual Mandarin language skills and professional English proficiency.
