Job Description
The Multimedia Specialist supports content creation and digital community engagement by managing blog and YouTube channels, optimizing content for SEO, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating cross-platform promotion to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the publishing workflow for the company's blog, ensuring content is edited, optimized for SEO, and published on schedule.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, optimizing metadata, and updating thumbnails.
- Track and analyze performance data for the blog and YouTube channels to identify content that resonates with the audience.
- Assist in identifying and coordinating assets for organic cross-promotion across social media platforms.
- Coordinate reviews and engagement for Reddit posts with subject matter experts and agencies.
Requirements
- Practical experience working within a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress to publish and refresh digital content while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with YouTube's back-end tools and a solid understanding of how titles, tags, and descriptions impact video discoverability.
- Ability to use analytics tools to gather data and a desire to learn how to translate those metrics into actionable content improvements.
- Proven ability to follow established procedures and work effectively within a team to meet deadlines and project goals.

Annual base salary range of $68,000 to $102,000 USD
