Job Description
This role involves designing and developing automated testing frameworks and tools for high-performance all-flash storage arrays, collaborating with engineering teams to improve product quality, accelerate development cycles, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own automated test frameworks for all-flash storage arrays to improve product stability and reliability.
- Create infrastructure, tools, and automation to optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) testing environments.
- Analyze and resolve complex test failures using advanced debugging tools and data analysis across hardware and software systems.
- Manage and enhance testing infrastructure to improve operational efficiency through software, systems, and data science solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ability in designing and developing complex solutions using programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, C, or C++.
- Substantial experience in one or more related systems software domains such as Distributed Systems, Operating Systems, Linux Kernel, Database Internals, Hypervisors, or Containers.
- Demonstrated ability in designing robust, scalable systems with a willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a persistent approach to solving challenging, ambiguous technical problems.
- Ability to work from the Bengaluru, India office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
