Job Description
A Senior Field Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing cross-channel marketing programs in Japan to support sales growth, brand awareness, and partner engagement within the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation marketing activities to generate opportunities and accelerate sales stages
- Plan, execute, and analyze global and local events, including end-to-end management of large-scale events
- Localize HQ-led marketing campaigns and support the production of customer stories and marketing content
- Manage PR activities and amplify marketing efforts through social media channels
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams and external agencies for demand generation and branding in Japan
- Track, report, and analyze ROI and key metrics of marketing programs and initiatives
- Manage budgets, POs, invoices, and MDF activities with channel partners to maximize ROI
- Support partner marketing activities and enablement programs to meet business goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, channel partners, and global marketing to ensure alignment and effectiveness
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in an enterprise marketing role within the tech industry, preferably with some partner marketing experience
- Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Track record of working with sales, channel partners, customers, field global marketing, and analysts
- High energy and passion with a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a small team environment, but also work effectively with the broader APAC business and all cross-organizational functions
