Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and partnership growth through team management and sales best practices
Communicate product offerings effectively to partners and team members
Manage and support a team of National Partner Managers to ensure their success
Develop strategies to maximize product sell-through within channels
Collaborate with marketing on programs and events to expand partner relationships
Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
Conduct contract negotiations and execute partner sales plans
Requirements
Demonstrated experience developing National partners or sales teams in previous careers.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
Passion for post-sales customer success.
Sales management experience.
Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels.
BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
