Drive sales and partnership growth through managing a team of National Partner Managers
Communicate product offerings and strategies effectively with partners and internal teams
Lead efforts to expand Pure Storage's footprint within national partners
Develop and execute sales plans and contract negotiations with partners
Collaborate with marketing to create programs and events to generate new prospects
Manage and support the success of the National Partner Managers team
Requirements
Demonstrated experience developing National partners or sales teams in previous careers.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
Passion for post-sales customer success.
Sales management experience.
Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels.
BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
