Job Description
The Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting investor communications, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's investor relations strategy within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quarterly and annual financial results, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and operating metrics.
- Prepare and support the dissemination of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases and investor presentations.
- Assist in preparing for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and analyst days, including compiling briefing materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and valuation metrics within the technology sector.
- Analyze shareholder ownership, institutional holdings, trading activity, and proxy voting trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and process improvements related to investor relations.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with IR tools and platforms such as FactSet, IR Insight, Q4, Nasdaq IR is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
