Job Description
The Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting investor communications, and providing market intelligence to help shape the company's strategic narrative and foster investor engagement within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quarterly and annual financial results, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and operating metrics.
- Prepare and support the dissemination of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases and investor presentations.
- Assist in preparing for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and analyst days, including briefing materials for leadership.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and valuation metrics within the technology sector.
- Analyze shareholder ownership, institutional holdings, trading activity, and proxy voting trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and improve IR processes, tools, and reporting.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, FP A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with IR tools and platforms such as FactSet, IR Insight, Q4, Nasdaq IR is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree.
