Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence in partner engagement and processes
Manage partner program details, partner portal, and partner tools
Handle deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments, and issues
Respond to and redirect inbound partner queries
Assist in onboarding new resellers and distributors
Evaluate and improve partner-related operational processes
Document new processes introduced for partners
Requirements
Native-level Japanese language skills are required, and the candidate must be comfortable with email and chat communication in English to gain in-region expert support.
Ability to learn and understand internal and external tools, partner programs, and processes quickly to effectively solve partner inquiries.
Strong operational acumen with the ability to multi-task and maneuver through solving different types and levels of issues to expedite resolution.
Excellent collaboration skills to lead conversations with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally in a team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and improve internal and external processes to ensure mid- to long-term success of partner engagements.
Experience in handling deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments, and issues related to partner transactions.
Experience in onboarding new resellers and distributors, including supporting the process of partner onboarding.
Ability to manage and improve partner-related operational processes, including evaluating and documenting new processes as they are introduced.
Experience in handling inbound queries from partners and redirecting them appropriately to relevant departments.
