Job Description
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, handling complex employee cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support a seamless and compliant employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex employee and manager cases, ensuring compliance and seamless experience
- Own and improve HR operational processes, systems, and documentation using Workday and ServiceNow
- Audit and execute high-volume HR transactions with accuracy
- Maintain and enhance data integrity and HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Analyze root causes of process issues and implement scalable solutions
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize HR service delivery
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and HR Technology to align regional processes with global strategies and statutory requirements
Requirements
- Two years of HR experience in an international, matrixed environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, including the ability to extract and interpret data to drive operational insights.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to turn raw data into a narrative that informs decision-making.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, persistent, and able to solve problems independently while effectively leveraging resources.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively across different functions, geographies, and levels of seniority.
- Proactive in sharing domain expertise and advising team members to elevate the HR Operations team.
- Deep understanding of EMEA-specific leave policies including Sick, Parental, Absence, and benefits.
- Experience contributing to UAT and requirements gathering for HR system enhancements.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of Workday configuration.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies.
