Job Description
The GTM Solutions Lead is responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies by collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to design, deliver, and optimize GTM systems and processes that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems.
- Translate organizational challenges into effective solutions and maintain the GTM systems roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented on time with measurable impact.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define business requirements and validate solutions for GTM systems.
- Drive adoption of new GTM tools and processes through enablement materials, training, and monitoring effectiveness.
- Work with Sales Operations and BI teams to ensure solutions support accurate reporting and data-driven insights.
- Establish and maintain governance processes for GTM systems to ensure data integrity and system health.
- Evaluate and select new GTM technologies to enhance the tech stack.
Requirements
- Experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or business systems roles.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with GTM systems and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.
- Experience working closely with technical teams including systems architects, developers, and admins.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating their business needs into solution roadmaps.
- Ability to develop project plans, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions are delivered on time with measurable business impact.
- Experience defining business requirements and validating solutions in partnership with Engineers and Architects.
- Experience creating enablement materials and training to drive adoption of new GTM tools and processes.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations and BI teams to enable accurate reporting and data-driven insights.
- Ability to establish and maintain governance processes for GTM systems to ensure data integrity and system health.
- Experience leading the evaluation and selection of new GTM technologies.
- Foundational understanding of core GTM technologies such as Salesforce, sales automation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
