Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies within a key market segment to drive growth and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Theater Leadership, GTM teams, and partners to ensure cohesive implementation of growth initiatives.
Drive awareness and activation of GTM initiatives, tools, and campaigns to accelerate revenue realization.
Ensure adoption and adherence to the GTM model by consulting with leaders, resolving execution gaps, and promoting best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional enablement and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster continuous improvement and alignment.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize market impact.
Requirements
Experience in sales Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution, with a proven ability to successfully launch, implement, and optimize complex commercial motions within a high-growth environment.
Exceptional stakeholder influence and change management capabilities, demonstrating success in driving alignment and adoption across senior leaders, field sales teams, and cross-functional organizations in a matrix environment.
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure performance, translate data into business impact, and deliver clear, confident updates to executive leadership.
Deep understanding of the indirect sales channel and partner ecosystem, including experience leveraging distribution and partner relationships to drive territory-aligned outcomes.
Ability to work from the Singapore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
