Job Description
The role involves developing and enhancing orchestration software for advanced all-flash storage solutions, focusing on designing robust, testable components, and working closely with hardware and customer-facing initiatives to improve storage cluster security, availability, and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and extend orchestration software in Python and Golang
- Design components to address infrastructure bottlenecks with a focus on testability and robustness
- Implement automation to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Take ownership of delivered components and continuously seek improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go, with the ability to understand Java and C.
- Self-motivation and strong troubleshooting capabilities across both software and deployment stacks.
- Knowledge of application system design.
- Ability to learn, adopt, and improve existing systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership over delivered work.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Prague office in compliance with company policies.
