The role involves designing and leading the development of a Lifecycle Services Center of Excellence, focusing on creating operational models, frameworks, and strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and expansion throughout their lifecycle in a B2B technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and establish the Lifecycle Services operating model, including methodologies, governance, and playbooks.
Develop end-to-end customer engagement journeys from onboarding to optimization to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Align and drive adoption of the lifecycle vision across global technical, enablement, and digital teams.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to time-to-value, customer health, and expansion impact to measure performance.
Translate business strategies into scalable, repeatable programs such as customer health risk models and success planning.
Lead cross-functional organizational transformations to enhance lifecycle management and service delivery.
Requirements
8 years of experience in program management, customer success, services operations, or lifecycle management in a B2B technology company
Experience leading large cross-functional programs or organizational initiatives
A strong understanding of enterprise customer lifecycles and service delivery models
Expertise in Lifecycle Strategy, including designing service delivery models or Centers of Excellence that drive measurable retention
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional organizational transformations and move fluidly between high-level strategy and operational execution
Skill in synthesizing ambiguous requirements into structured frameworks, operational playbooks, and clear governance rhythms that scale across global regions
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building alignment among executive leadership and diverse functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Services
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at either the Santa Clara or Raleigh office in accordance with company policies
