Job Description
The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing global trade shows and events, managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site activities to create exceptional attendee experiences and support company branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production and execution of global trade shows and product launches
- Manage event budgets, review expenditures, and reconcile invoices
- Coordinate planning meetings with internal teams and third-party vendors across time zones
- Oversee logistics, creative marketing, and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate objectives, project status, and updates to team members
- Procure and manage vendors for exhibit setup, A/V, catering, shipping, and labor
- Manage on-site activities including exhibit setup, event support, and breakdown
- Organize and run ancillary events, hospitality programs, and after-hour activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- 7-10 years of professional experience planning and leading tradeshow events
- Ability and flexibility to travel up to 35% and work overtime as needed to attend events and client meetings including weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and timelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with global and senior-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including the Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, Slack, Cvent, and Mobile event apps

Salary range of $97,000 to $184,000 USD
Work from office in Santa Clara, CA, Bellevue, WA, New York, NY, or Raleigh, NC
