Job Description
This role involves developing and managing financial strategies and investment frameworks to optimize partner ecosystem performance, utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to inform global investment decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design annual partner investment frameworks and spend planning models
- Evaluate rebate programs and contra-revenue spend to optimize partner profitability
- Validate rebate eligibility and payments in collaboration with Channel Operations
- Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate performance trends
- Build predictive models to assess the impact of new partner initiatives
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives that guide financial planning.
- Technical expertise in financial modeling and enterprise tools such as Excel, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Snowflake to automate workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across diverse teams to improve business processes and financial outcomes.
