Job Description
This role involves developing and managing financial strategies and investment frameworks to optimize partner ecosystem profitability, utilizing data analysis and visualization to support strategic decision-making in a technology company focused on data storage innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design annual partner investment frameworks and spend planning models
- Evaluate rebate programs and contra-revenue spend to optimize partner profitability
- Validate rebate eligibility and payments in collaboration with Channel Operations
- Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate performance trends
- Build predictive models to assess the impact of new partner initiatives
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives that guide financial planning.
- Technical expertise in financial modeling and enterprise tools such as Excel, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Snowflake to automate workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across diverse teams to improve business processes and financial outcomes.
