The Finance Manager for the Everpure Hyperscale Line of Business is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, modeling, and reporting to support the rapid growth and scaling of a key business segment within a cutting-edge data storage company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial contribution models for the Hyperscale business to monitor performance and profitability.
Collaborate with Business Operations and Pricing teams to evaluate customer contracts and supply chain commitments for long-term profitability.
Lead the planning cycles, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts, translating operational results into insights for leadership.
Design and automate financial reporting processes and internal controls to support rapid business growth.
Build and maintain complex financial frameworks to evaluate revenue, pricing strategies, and cost drivers for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Experience in building and maintaining complex financial frameworks that evaluate revenue, pricing strategies, and cost drivers to inform strategic business decisions.
Proficiency in advanced financial modeling.
Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to bring financial discipline to operational trade-offs, particularly within hardware, infrastructure, or supply-chain-driven environments.
Highly structured approach to managing enterprise-level reporting and planning cycles with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build new governance frameworks from scratch while adapting to the evolving needs of a high-growth business.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining core financial contribution models for a business, delivering P L transparency and margin analysis.
Experience evaluating long-term customer contracts and supply chain commitments to ensure unit economics support profitable, long-term growth.
Experience orchestrating end-to-end annual operating plans (AOP) and quarterly forecasting cycles, translating operational results into executive-ready insights.
Ability to design and automate financial reporting processes and internal controls to strengthen close cycles and support rapid business expansion.
Location requirement: Must work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
