The Field Solution Architect (FSA) is a regional technical and business leader responsible for driving strategy, growth, and adoption of virtual workload solutions by collaborating with sales, partners, and customers, while demonstrating deep technical expertise in virtualization, cloud, and data architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive business growth for the workload across the assigned region through strategic planning and partner collaboration.
Engage with strategic accounts to integrate workload solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and support long-term architecture decisions.
Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert, demonstrating mastery of the workload and leading technical wins and solution design.
Build and maintain ecosystem relationships, promote workload evangelism, and enable partners and internal teams through training and content sharing.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate opportunity data, supporting solution design in strategic deals, and tracking progress toward goals.
Requirements
Proven experience diagnosing performance issues and tuning virtualized environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Deep understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Virtualization technologies.
Experience supporting or designing data architecture for Enterprise Companies.
Highly motivated, independent, and self-starting with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent content creation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Strong passion for learning and teaching others.
Willingness to promote a culture of collaboration by partnering with solution stakeholders across the organization.
Desire to mentor and coach team members throughout the organization.
Effective communication skills to interact constructively with management, peers, coworkers, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Experience selling complicated technical solutions to customers.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to produce solution collateral such as presentations, short papers, demos, and proof of concepts.
Fluency in English.
Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or cloud Infrastructure with emphasis on Compute, Storage, Networking, Business Continuity, and Performance (preferred).
Certifications in VMware, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
Proven track record of working on and leading large transformation projects (preferred).
Ability to work cooperatively with sales and alliance teams to deliver compelling messaging to engineers, data professionals, and architects within strategic accounts (preferred).
Based in EverPure Singapore Office (must be located at the specified location).
