Job Description
The Field Partner Marketing Manager at Pure Storage will drive revenue growth in the Commercial segment by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams and partners, and analyzing marketing performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with Commercial sales priorities
- •Serve as the primary marketing resource for Commercial Sales and Partner teams
- •Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- •Collaborate with partner account managers on co-marketing initiatives
- •Work cross-functionally with corporate marketing teams to customize global campaigns
- •Foster strong relationships across sales and marketing stakeholders
- •Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights
- •Manage marketing budgets and resources
- •Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive activities
Requirements
- •5 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success in field partner marketing.
- •Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing plans that drive new customer acquisition and repeat business.
- •Demonstrated aptitude for sales engagement and enablement.
- •Experience in partner alliance marketing and co-marketing program development.
- •Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing strategy and performance measurement.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence executive decisions through compelling business cases.
- •Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, peers, and external partners.
- •Proactive self-starter with strategic thinking and exceptional execution capabilities.
- •Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- •Excellence in budget and project management.
- •Must be willing and able to travel approximately 50%.
