Job Description
The role involves leading the strategic management and growth of technology alliances across EMEA for Pure Storage, focusing on partner-led business development, joint marketing initiatives, and solution adoption to expand the company's reach and drive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic management and expansion of Pure Storage's top technology alliances in EMEA.
- Drive partner-led growth across priority EMEA markets with measurable outcomes.
- Enable regional go-to-market execution, pipeline generation, and partner activation through field alignment and marketing.
- Create and deliver joint marketing campaigns, demand-generation programs, and regional initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to accelerate joint solution adoption.
- Engage channel partners and global system integrators to expand reach and deliver customer solutions.
- Support partner-led sales through co-sell programs, marketplace alignment, and scalable service offerings.
- Oversee partner funding programs, certifications, and enablement activities to accelerate execution.
- Establish engagement models and operational processes to optimize collaboration and resolve issues.
- Deliver business performance reviews and executive reports to measure impact and refine strategies.
Requirements
- Typically 7 years of alliance, partner, or ecosystem experience or equivalent transferrable experience that demonstrates impact in similar responsibilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the region, with variability by quarter and event cadence, and reasonable accommodations will be considered.
- A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach with strong prioritisation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Alliances.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder groups and cultures, with credible external presentation abilities.
- Business fluency in German and English; proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus but not required.
