The role involves leading the development and execution of personalized, data-driven marketing journeys across multiple channels by leveraging advanced data architecture and automation tools, with a focus on transforming customer engagement strategies in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain global audience segments within Hightouch for targeted marketing.
Identify and activate new data signals related to customer behavior, intent, and firmographics.
Establish global standards for audience naming, suppression logic, and frequency capping.
Collaborate with teams to design and prioritize user journeys and translate them into technical requirements.
Map and execute multi-channel buyer journeys across LinkedIn, email, web, and sales outreach.
Build real-time, trigger-based engagement mechanisms based on buyer actions and milestones.
Create modular journey templates for localization and deployment by regional teams.
Act as the primary interface between campaign, journey, performance, and data strategy teams.
Partner with marketing and SDR teams to surface marketing signals to sales representatives.
Lead experimentation and optimization of buyer journeys through A/B testing and data analysis.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
Familiarity with Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture, including tools such as Hightouch, Census, or similar Reverse ETL tools, and experience with the Snowflake Data Warehouse ecosystem.
Strategic SQL literacy, with the ability to understand relational data and translate business requirements into logical queries.
Proven track record of managing complex, global projects and influencing peers in a highly matrixed organization.
Ability to see the high-level brand strategy while ensuring specific API syncs do not break (vision and strategic thinking).
Experience working in an in-office environment, specifically working from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
The ability to work in an environment that may involve incentive pay and/or equity, with salary ranges between $187,000 and $299,000 USD based on role, level, and location.
