Job Description

The Director of Business Intelligence will lead the development and execution of data strategies for the company's Go-to-Market organization, transforming data into actionable insights to drive sales, marketing, and operational efficiency, while mentoring a team of BI analysts and collaborating with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the data strategy for the Go-to-Market organization, including sales, marketing, and channel functions.
  • Lead and mentor the Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to develop insights that inform senior leadership on GTM strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and govern GTM KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate and timely performance data.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data infrastructure and technology roadmap supporting GTM analytics.
  • Drive analytical processes such as sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and campaign effectiveness evaluation, translating data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership in BI Analytics: Demonstrated success leading and growing a business intelligence or data analytics team, with extensive experience directly supporting a global sales or GTM organization.
  • Deep Go-to-Market Domain Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of GTM functions, including sales operations, marketing analytics, channel management, and the customer lifecycle.
  • Technical Data Fluency: Expert-level proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and strong command of SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strategic Acumen and Influence: Exceptional ability to connect analytical insights to overarching business objectives, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Team Development and Communication: Outstanding track record in building high-performing, collaborative teams, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Work Location Requirement: Ability to work from the Santa Clara headquarters office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
