Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Pure Storage's alliance relationships with key technology companies to achieve strategic and financial goals.
Establish and maintain executive relationships with alliance partners and internal stakeholders across divisions.
Develop and implement a strategic 5-year alliance plan aligned with annual targets.
Navigate and maximize go-to-market strategies that support the alliance's business plan.
Represent Pure Storage as an internal ambassador for focus alliances and develop positioning within relevant groups.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience leading focus alliance specific relationships
At least 9 years of professional experience in a role that has consistently achieved revenue and technical business development targets with alliances
Experience in developing a 5-year alliance plan in conjunction with yearly target achievement
Established relationships with focus alliances executives and business line leaders
Track record of establishing successful field-facing and product Business Unit senior level relationships
Strong understanding of the operations and motivations of Technology Alliances
Outstanding communication executive skills including evangelism proficiency
Exceptional collaboration skills with multiple cross-functional stakeholders from technical to commercial divisions
Willing and able to travel where relevant as part of the role
