Job Description
The role involves leading and managing a team of National Partner Managers to drive sales growth through channel partnerships, developing strategies to maximize product sell-through, and fostering strong relationships with partners to support the company's data storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of National Partner Managers to maximize sales and partnership potential.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams about new product offerings.
- Develop strategies to increase sell-through of products within channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to create programs and events to attract new prospects.
- Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
- Negotiate contracts and define partner sales plans.
- Drive partners to achieve maximum sales and partnership growth through best practices, training, and support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing National partners.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
- Passion for post-sales customer success.
- Sales management experience, specifically leading people leaders.
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels.
- BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
