Job Description
The role involves leading a team of National Partner Managers to drive sales growth and maximize partnership potential through strategic management, training, and collaboration within the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of National Partner Managers to drive sales and partnership growth.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams about new product offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sell-through of products within channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing on programs and events to expand partner relationships.
- Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows to promote products.
- Negotiate contracts and define partner sales plans.
- Drive partners to maximize sales and partnership potential through training and support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing National partners.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
- Passion for post-sales customer success.
- Sales management experience, specifically leading people leaders.
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels.
- BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
