Job Description
The role involves leading and managing a team of National Partner Managers to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and maximize the sales potential of Pure Storage's products through channel management, sales strategies, and partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of National Partner Managers to maximize sales and partnership potential.
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams about new product offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sell-through of products within channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing on programs and events to expand partner relationships.
- Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows to promote products.
- Conduct contract negotiations and define partner sales plans.
- Drive partners to achieve maximum sales and partnership growth through training and support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing National partners.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
- Passion for post-sales customer success.
- Sales management experience, specifically leading people leaders.
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels.
- BA degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
