Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of Pre-Sales Systems Engineers to drive strategic outcomes and support sales efforts.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and achieve sales goals.
Manage pipeline analysis, forecasting, and technical reporting to support sales activities.
Hire, retain, and develop a high-performing team of SE Managers and Systems Engineers.
Align technical messaging and strategies across cross-functional teams and partner organizations.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and industry networks.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote products and solutions.
Requirements
15 years of experience in a field Pre-sales position.
Experience leading a team with direct management responsibilities in a large geography.
Previous experience supporting the growth of a rapidly expanding organization and managed initiatives aimed at achieving 20% revenue growth.
Willingness to travel as needed on a regular basis.
Ability to support and develop a high-performing team of SE Managers and Systems Engineers, including hiring, retaining, mentoring, coaching, and conducting regular 1-1s.
Experience in setting technical vision and developing top Sales Engineer talent.
Experience in aligning Pre-Sales strategy with go-to-market priorities and establishing long-term, sustainable growth plans.
Ability to analyze pipeline and forecast from a technical perspective, including reporting and analysis.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with technical counterparts within regional Alliance and Channel partners.
Strong communication skills to cascade goals and technical messages throughout teams and cross-functional organizations.
Ability to understand and communicate technical issues and enhancement requests from customers to technical support, product management, and R&D teams.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity to understand customer business challenges, industry trends, and competition.
Self-development in technical and leadership soft skills.
