Job Description
The role involves leading regional distribution strategies within the data center industry for EverPure, managing global distribution networks, building strong partnerships with distributors, and collaborating with internal teams to align distribution efforts with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional distribution strategies aligned with company objectives in APJ.
- Manage and optimize regional distribution networks within the data center, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or AdTech sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors to ensure effective partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align distribution strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in a senior leadership role within regional distribution, ideally in the data center, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or AdTech sectors.
- Proven experience managing distribution networks on APJ scale.
- In-depth understanding of the data center industry, with a track record of adapting distribution strategies to industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of developing and executing innovative global distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage high-performance teams effectively.
