Job Description
The role involves leading data analytics and modeling efforts to develop a unified, scalable data framework that integrates various data sources, enabling data-driven insights, customer opportunity sizing, and strategic decision-making within a technology-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a unified data framework integrating financial, operational, and technical data from multiple systems.
- Develop and maintain a master data model, including relationships, dependencies, and data governance rules.
- Source, align, and validate data from various systems and platforms.
- Build relational data sets and insight models to analyze performance drivers and trends.
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to estimate key values, identify opportunities, and guide decision-making.
- Map customer data to the master data model to assess confidence, identify gaps, and inform account planning and opportunity sizing.
- Embed the data model into core workflows with interfaces for real-time data refresh and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, data modeling, or quantitative analysis, ideally in a B2B or enterprise technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience designing data models and pipelines across multi-source systems, including CRM, Marketing Operations, Financial Systems, and other data sources.
- Strong understanding of data governance, normalization, and confidence scoring techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations.
