Job Description
The Senior Manager, DFM Direct Flash Module Business Site Manager, oversees daily operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning at the Kingston Taiwan manufacturing site, ensuring efficient production, vendor relations, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure stable production and operational readiness.
- Lead on-site project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
- Develop and implement supply chain and operational strategies to improve performance and cost efficiency.
- Support procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure supplier quality and delivery standards are met.
- Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to operations and supply chain performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain and operational professionals.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards across on-site operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain operations, business management, or manufacturing operations.
- 3 to 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams and operations.
- Strong experience with supplier management, contract manufacturing environments, and cross-functional operational leadership.
- Proven track record of managing production environments, solving escalations, and leading end-to-end operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced operational reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence at multiple levels.
