Job Description
The role involves leading strategic customer engagements within the Insurance and Financial Services industries to drive business transformation through data-driven insights, managing executive relationships, and ensuring customer success with Celonis' Process Mining and AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer relationships within the Insurance Financial Services industry
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives to define long-term vision for business transformation using Celonis
- Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional Celonis teams to ensure customer success and platform adoption
- Drive measurable business impact across customer processes and industries
- Champion transformational initiatives and foster innovation to maximize value and business transformation
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing executive relationships, driving profitable growth, and blending industry expertise with strong analytical and consulting skills.
- Experience in leading extensive teams of experts to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, engaging with C-Level Executives to define long-term vision and transformation strategies.
- Experience in driving measurable business impact across various processes and industries through platform adoption and transformational initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to champion transformational initiatives across customer accounts and foster innovation and strategic change.
- Experience in managing data-driven business transformation within the Insurance Financial Services industry (implied industry experience).
