Job Description
The role involves leading and developing a team of consultants to deliver successful implementations of Celonis' Process Mining and AI technologies for automotive clients in the DACH region, focusing on project management, customer engagement, sales support, and driving value and adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of 5-10 Consultants in delivering Celonis and AI technology deployments for automotive customers in the DACH region.
- Manage successful project delivery, ensuring high-quality deployments that drive measurable business impact and customer value.
- Drive services sales cycles, including project scoping, proposal creation, and supporting deal negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic automotive customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
- Support and coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to maximize services revenue and customer adoption.
- Drive user adoption of Celonis technology through comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Foster a culture of innovation and AI adoption within the consulting team, guiding customers through AI-driven product capabilities.
- Manage resource capacity, staffing, and project pipeline to meet delivery and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in delivering high complex SaaS or Consulting projects, acting as Manager in Business Consulting, or acting as Manager in Professional Services or similar functions.
- Experience in managing Professional Services or Consulting teams, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of leading complex transformational customer programs.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including leading teams of project managers.
- Strong understanding of software implementation delivery.
- Experience of building relationships with sales teams, involvement in deals.
- Proven leadership in interacting with senior executive level customers.
- Experience in motivating and retaining top talent.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
