Job Description

The role involves leading the commercial strategy and operations for Everpure in Brazil, including driving growth, managing local sales and partnerships, and representing the company to key stakeholders, all within the data storage and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual business plan for Brazil to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance sales and technical team.
Expand and manage partner networks including resellers, integrators, and strategic alliances.
Represent Everpure in Brazil through C-level negotiations and industry thought leadership.
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethics standards.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead a complex business unit or country-level P L within the enterprise technology, software, or cloud infrastructure sectors, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
Proficiency in navigating matrixed global environments, with the skill to use data-driven insights to manage complex sales cycles, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence internal stakeholders and C-suite external partners alike.
Deep understanding of the Brazilian IT landscape, including local regulations and trends in data storage, cloud services, and digital transformation.
Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English to facilitate local leadership and global collaboration.
Ability to translate global objectives into a localized strategy that maximizes revenue, market share, and long-term profitability.
Experience in building and mentoring a diverse, high-performance sales and technical team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous coaching, and ethical excellence.
Experience in expanding and energizing partner networks including resellers, integrators, and strategic alliances to support market segments.
Ability to oversee sales forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, and partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with corporate governance and ethics standards.
