Job Description
The role involves supporting and enabling strategic channel partners through technical expertise, sales enablement, and relationship management to drive growth and success in storage solutions and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enable channel partners and internal teams with product and industry knowledge through technical and sales enablement activities.
- Act as a technical advisor and advocate for partners, guiding them through sales cycles and technical evaluations.
- Develop and execute partner technical enablement plans and business strategies to drive sales success.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner executives and sales teams, aligning go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct sales training, presentations, and marketing activities to promote Pure Storage solutions.
- Support partner evaluations, system configurations, and post-sales issues with technical expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to coordinate training, enablement, and account activities.
Requirements
- 8-10 years minimum experience supporting the sales channels of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions to a combination of large enterprise accounts
- Proven cross functional experience and excellent communications skills to drive consensus across groups both internally and within the channel partner organizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate Pure s value and technical leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, to prioritize effectively, to think big picture, and to use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
- Thorough understanding of the architecture, design and implementations of multi-tiered client server computing solutions
- Ability to present in front of large audiences
- Excellent knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures including FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN
- Familiarity with modern web architecture such as LAMP stack, scale-out vs scale-up architectures, NoSQL alternatives
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, IoT and the associated applications architectures
- Experience with VMWARE, WINDOWS, LINUX, UNIX OS, NFS, SMB file systems, and UNIX distributed network environments
- Existing relationships with key partners
- Knowledge of Hypervisor Technologies such as VMWare, Citrix, Microsoft
- Knowledge of Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networking
- Passion, commitment, and drive for success working in a motivated team environment

Salary range: 151,900 - 249,900 USD annually
