Job Description
The role involves acting as a Consulting Field Solution Architect specializing in unstructured data, where you will promote Pure Storage's solutions through technical consulting, community engagement, and solution development to help customers optimize their data storage and management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Pure's solutions and share knowledge through webinars, presentations, and community engagement.
- Consult and advise customers on architecting, managing, and scaling systems for unstructured data.
- Develop and deliver technical content such as walkthroughs, deep dives, and qualification guides for unstructured data solutions.
- Participate in customer demos, proofs of concept, and solution-focused activities to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Influence product and solution roadmaps through feedback and daily collaboration with solutions architects and product management.
- Stay informed on advancements in internal and external technologies, competitors, and industry trends related to unstructured data.
- Partner with sales and channel teams to support sales motions and drive solution adoption.
- Create field-facing technical content and enablement materials to support customer engagement and field readiness.
Requirements
- Proficient in SMB, NFS, Object storage, file protocols, TCP IP networking, NAS, and enterprise datacenter design.
- Deep expertise in unstructured data, including legacy challenges, key use cases, solution areas, innovation trends, and industry direction.
- 10 years of IT and cloud infrastructure experience across compute, storage, networking, cloud, business continuity, and performance.
- Expert in NAS architecture, design, and solution development for enterprise environments.
- Strong customer-centric mindset focused on solving challenges and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
- Experience in designing and supporting data architectures for large enterprises.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and apply innovative, creative thinking.
- Exceptional content creation, public speaking, technical training, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about learning, teaching, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Highly collaborative, able to partner across organizations including sales and alliances to deliver compelling technical messaging.
- Effective communicator capable of engaging constructively with leadership, peers, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving technology environments.
- Ability to generate differentiated, proactive ideas that support solution adoption and drive sales outcomes.

Salary range: 168,000 - 269,000 USD annually, determined by role, level, and location
