Job Description

The role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives within the Commercial Line of Business by analyzing market and performance data, managing cross-functional transformation projects, and providing actionable insights to support business growth and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze industry, market, and customer trends to inform business strategy
Develop and present strategic initiatives, including GTM investments and partnerships
Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics, financial data, and market trends to identify improvement areas
Establish and monitor cross-functional OKRs to support business transformation
Manage business reviews and perform deep dives to support decision-making and investments
Program manage large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring stakeholder alignment
Create and deliver clear narratives to communicate strategic priorities and transformation progress

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or business operations functions
Robust analytical skill set with intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to accelerate change
Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets
Distinctive problem solving skills and ability to solve diverse and complex business problems in fields such as Market Segmentation, GTM Design, Sales Effectiveness, etc.
Strong demonstrated program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to Executive audiences
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Experience in the B2B technology industry is preferred
