Job Description
The role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives within the Commercial Line of Business by analyzing market and performance data, managing cross-functional transformation projects, and providing actionable insights to support business growth and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze industry, market, and customer trends to inform business strategy
- Develop and articulate strategic initiatives through impactful presentations
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics, financial data, and market trends to identify improvement areas
- Establish and monitor cross-functional OKRs to support business transformation
- Manage business reviews and perform deep dives to support decision making and investments
- Program manage large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution
- Create and deliver clear narratives to communicate strategic priorities and progress
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or business operations functions
- Robust analytical skill set with intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to accelerate change
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets
- Distinctive problem solving skills and ability to solve diverse and complex business problems in fields such as Market Segmentation, GTM Design, Sales Effectiveness, etc.
- Strong demonstrated program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to Executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience in the B2B technology industry is preferred
