Job Description
The Client Services Manager oversees the execution of global B2B marketing campaigns and brand assets, ensuring strategic alignment, workflow orchestration, and efficient resource management across creative and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creative intake, prioritization, and delivery process for internal and external agencies to ensure campaign readiness and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into creative briefs and facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders.
- Manage governance of the creative tech stack, including reporting and transitioning to new DAM systems for asset management.
- Oversee creative resourcing, budgets, and SOWs in coordination with Finance and Procurement to meet organizational KPIs.
- Prioritize and triage creative needs across the enterprise, serving as the primary liaison for project visibility and feedback.
Requirements
- Deep experience navigating the creative development lifecycle from initial briefing and concepting to production and final asset trafficking within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Proven ability to unify diverse teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Brand around shared objectives, acting as a trusted consultant who translates complex requirements into clear creative direction.
- Mastery of project management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools like Asana, Bynder, or Frontify with the ability to establish data-driven standards for asset governance and reporting.
- An outcomes-oriented mindset with the skill to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strict quality standards and brand integrity.
- Willingness and ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies.
