Job Description
The role involves leading change management initiatives within the sales and go-to-market transformations, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of strategic programs and minimizing disruption during organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management lifecycle for Sales and GTM transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage resistance and ensure alignment.
- Translate technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts.
- Design and deliver communications to promote adoption and measure success.
- Create feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in change management practices.
Requirements
- Experience in managing organizational change across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience in change management and program project methodologies, with skills in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Certified professional in Change Management Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the change management lifecycle for parts of Sales and GTM transformation, including strategy development, measuring adoption, and sustaining results.
- Ability to partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage resistance, build trust, and ensure seamless alignment and readiness for transformational programs.
- Ability to translate complex technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts that are easily understood and actionable by all stakeholders.
- Ability to design and deliver compelling communications and create feedback loops to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on adoption success.
- Willingness to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 149,000 - 224,000 USD annually
