Key Responsibilities
Lead the change management lifecycle for Sales and GTM transformation initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage resistance and ensure alignment.
Translate technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts for stakeholders.
Design and deliver communications to promote adoption and measure success.
Create feedback mechanisms to monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in managing organizational change across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Experience in change management and program project methodologies, with skills in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Certified professional in Change Management Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent certification.
Demonstrated ability to manage the change management lifecycle for parts of Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) transformation initiatives, including strategy development, measuring adoption, and sustaining results.
Ability to partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively manage resistance, build trust, and ensure seamless alignment and readiness for transformational programs.
Ability to translate complex technical and operational changes into clear, business-relevant impacts that are easily understood and actionable by all stakeholders.
Ability to design and deliver compelling communications and create feedback loops to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on adoption success.
Willingness to work primarily from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
