Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the technology and AI-enablement strategy for GTS, aligning initiatives with enterprise objectives and data governance.
Shape the business technology and AI roadmap, balancing innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Advise senior leadership on solution design, data modernization, governance, and AI strategies.
Build networks with senior leaders to drive unified technology direction and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to reduce redundancy and deliver efficient, intelligent solutions.
Anticipate and address emerging technology, AI, and process needs using data-driven insights and automation.
Represent GTS and the company in enterprise technology and AI forums, ensuring strategic alignment.
Requirements
12 to 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, strategy, digital, or AI transformation leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence at the executive level, shaping cross-functional priorities, governance models, and technology investment strategies.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, AI readiness, and system interdependencies across large-scale, complex organizations.
Demonstrated success leading transformational and AI-driven initiatives that improved scalability, efficiency, and data trust.
