A ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst HRSD is responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, support HR technology initiatives, and improve employee experience through data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and support the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, including configuration and day-to-day functionality.
Collaborate with IT and HR leadership to develop and execute the HRSD technology roadmap.
Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and lead system enhancements.
Train HR users, communicate updates, and promote best practices to enable system adoption.
Develop reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Advise HR Operations and IT on process improvements, automation, and system optimization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement new HR technology solutions and integrations.
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably supporting HR systems or ServiceNow platforms.
Proven experience leading HR technology projects from assessment through implementation.
Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery HRSD, including configuration, reporting, and performance analytics.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, workflows, and audit tables.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience building data-driven dashboards and metrics.
Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to bridge technical and business conversations seamlessly.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
