Job Description
A ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst HRSD is responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, partnering with HR and IT teams to implement technology solutions, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience within a dynamic HR technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, including day-to-day functionality, configuration, and support.
- Partner with IT and HR leadership to develop and execute the HRSD technology roadmap aligned with HR strategy.
- Design, implement, and integrate additional HR technologies to enhance the employee experience.
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions, manage testing, and oversee rollouts.
- Train HR users, communicate updates, and promote best practices to ensure adoption of new capabilities.
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Advise HR Operations and IT on process improvements, automation, and system simplification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new workflows and improve efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably supporting HR systems or ServiceNow platforms.
- Proven experience leading HR technology projects from assessment through implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery HRSD, including configuration, reporting, and performance analytics.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, workflows, and audit tables.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience building data-driven dashboards and metrics.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to bridge technical and business conversations seamlessly.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Work in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
