Job Description
A Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, responsible for designing scalable systems, analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with sales and product teams to optimize sales processes and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems to enable sales capabilities and improve deal velocity
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional designs and solutions
- Partner with sales, partner operations, and product management to define and execute the IT and business roadmap
- Ensure project initiatives meet SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
- Build rapport and credibility across business and technical teams to drive alignment and communication
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to improve collaboration, identify process inefficiencies, and promote technology adoption
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce within an IT or technology-driven organization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Close processes.
- Experience writing user stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and functional design documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery models.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at the Santa Clara, CA office to foster stronger team collaboration and alignment.
